At our Aug. B2B meeting, Membership Development & Engagement Director Colin Crader, will facilitate a conversation between members around topics of racial justice. The evening will lean into our organization’s spirit of collaboration where participants will:

• Identify resources we use to navigate interpersonal and systemic racism,

• Highlight how we are implementing equity, diversity, and inclusion goals in our workplaces and in our community as business leaders,

• Identify where there are gaps in our knowledge or challenges to dismantling systemic and institutionalized racism.

So bring your insights, lived experiences, tool kits, training modules, evaluations, websites, books, and contact list of EDI practitioners. Register in advance for this Zoom meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
