BBPDX is honored to welcome Multnomah County Chair Deborah Kafoury for a members-only forum. In 2020, voters in Multnomah County and throughout the Portland Metropolitan Region voted to approve a ballot measure that will provide additional revenues to address chronic homelessness.  These new funds become available to the three Portland Metro area counties on July 1, 2021, and the current 2021-22 budgeting process at Multnomah County reflects the remarkable infusion of funds to address homelessness.  Hear from Chair Kafoury about the County’s “Local Implementation Plan” for these funds.

Marc Jolin, Director of the Joint Office for Homeless Services will join Chair Kafoury for the program.
