Please join fellow BBPDX members 12-1pm Thursday Oct. 22 as we welcome Commissioner Jo Ann Hardesty who will provide an overview of the ballot measure that would reshape how discipline and misconduct claims are handled by the city. BBPDX aims to present balanced information at forums regarding ballot measures. Although there is no formal opposition campaign to this referral, we did extend an invitation to the City Auditor Mary Hull Caballero who provided testimony against the referral. She declined to participate in this online event and referred us to these resources to evaluate police oversight changes.
